Update - September 22, 2008: If you were able to access the portal in the past with a Mac and are not able to do so anymore, try the following:
Warning! If you use Citrix to connect to another site (i.e., Vancouver Clinic) consult your system administrator before you do this procedure to make sure that this will not cause problems with your connection to that portal.
- Open the users folder in your hard drive.
- Open the folder that is the same name as the current user 'current user'/library/preferences.
- Drag the folder named Citrix ICA Client into the trash can.
- Open up Firefox and go to the URL https://apps.swmedicalcenter.org.
