Salaries and Benefits

FMSW offers a competitive salary and benefit package. In addition to paid vacation, sick days, and holidays, the program also offers a professional development fund that may be accessed over the three years of residency. It includes financial resources and days away from the program that may be used for a variety of activities including books, medical software, a PDA allowance, conference attendance, and employment interviews.

Professional Development Fund $1,000/resident over 3 years for books, subscriptions, AAFP Resident Dues, approved software, conferences, PDA (up to IS quoted costs 1x in three years) selected & supported by IS Department. Prior approval and authorization from FMSW Management is required for reimbursement.
