What is the Southwest Speakers Bureau?
Southwest Washington Medical Center offers a comprehensive Speakers Bureau that provides customized presentations to clubs, churches, employers, and other organizations in our community. Comprised of physicians and other healthcare professionals, Southwest's Speakers Bureau offers presentations on a variety of specific health and medical topics that have the ability to improve the health status of our community.
How do I request a presentation?
To request a Southwest Speakers Bureau presentation for your organization, please contact the Marketing Department at 360.514.2433 between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday or email mmarchan@swmedicalcenter.org. We recommend that you contact our office at least four (4) weeks in advance of your scheduled event.
When contacting us, please have the following information available:
• Name of group or organization
• Contact person
• Address, telephone number, email
• Date, time and location of program/event
• Length of program
• Program topic desired
• Special needs, if any
• General information about your group
• Expected number of attendees
• Directions to the location
• For employers: Insurance plans offered•
